Land Clearing & Site Prep in South Florida

Overgrown lots, brush, old stumps, and scattered debris can make a property difficult to use or prepare for construction. OCAS Residential clears and organizes sites in Southwest Ranches and nearby South Florida communities.

We start by reviewing access, the scope of clearing, and what should stay. Our team can remove brush and unwanted growth, handle stump work, haul away debris, and leave the lot with a practical rough grade for the next phase.

See the process in our guide to site clearing and prep for build-ready ground, and explore OCAS projects.

Land clearing FAQs

What does a land clearing job include?

Usually brush and undergrowth removal, stump work, hauling off the debris and a rough grade, so the lot is ready for a pad, driveway, fence or landscaping. We set the scope with you on site.

Do I need a permit to clear my lot in Southwest Ranches?

It depends on what's being removed and why. Tree removal and clearing for construction often need a permit from the town. Check with Southwest Ranches (or your city) before work starts. We can walk through what your project involves.

Do you haul away what you clear?

Yes. Haul-off is part of the job, and we can bundle it with debris removal if there's other junk on the property.

What comes after clearing?

Most lots need grading next, so water drains properly. Then a millings driveway or fence. One crew can do all of it.
