Land Grading & Leveling in Southwest Ranches

Good grading gives rainwater a planned path instead of letting it collect beside a home, driveway, or future pad. OCAS Residential shapes and levels usable ground for properties in Southwest Ranches and throughout South Florida.

We review the site, discuss the finished elevations and drainage goals, then use the right equipment to cut, fill, spread, and compact material. Grading can help when a lot stays wet, a driveway needs a better approach, or a building area needs preparation.

Land grading FAQs

How do I know if my yard needs grading?

Signs include water that stands for a day or more after rain, soggy spots that never dry, water running toward the house or slab, and washed-out beds. South Florida's flat ground and heavy summer storms make this common.

Can grading fix standing water in my yard?

In most cases, yes. Regrading reshapes the ground so water moves away from the house toward a swale or drain. Some yards also need fill brought in for low spots. We'll tell you which after looking at it.

Do you grade building pads for new construction?

Yes. We clear, fill and grade pads and the surrounding lot for new builds, often right after clearing.

Is the estimate free?

Yes. Call or text (954) 829-1409 or book an on-site estimate.
