What does "20 feet of clear trunk" mean?

It's the height of bare gray trunk below the green crownshaft, not the tree's total height. It's how royal palms are measured and priced.

How deep should a royal palm be planted?

At the same depth it grew in the field. Planting too deep is one of the most common reasons transplanted palms decline. We brace new palms and give you watering instructions.

Where can I buy royal palms?
